Idaho Sierra Club: Wild & Scenic Film Festival

The Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour is one of North America’s largest environmental film festivals. The Idaho Sierra Club is hosting the festival in Idaho for its seventh year to engage the community and inspire environmental activism. The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is a call to action! Films can be a potent tool to educate and inspire activism and growth. Wild & Scenic is committed to offering programming that addresses environmental injustice, racism, inequity, and lack of representation in the outdoors and environmental movements. The films chosen by WSFF illustrate the challenges facing our planet and the work communities are doing to protect the environment and the places we love. The stories give us a sense of place and what it means to be responsible stewards of the earth. All proceeds go directly to the Idaho Sierra Club to support its grassroots organizing work for climate justice, clean energy, and salmon recovery in Idaho, including its Palouse Group and high school student Climate Justice League program in Moscow.
