The Apprentice with Filmmaker Q&A

KPAC presents acclaimed Canadian producer Daniel Bekerman for an in-person appearance in conjunction with a screening of his controversial feature film THE APPRENTICE (2024) about Donald Trump’s early career in New York. Bekerman is the founder and president of Scythia Films. His production credits include Citizen Gangster, The Witch, Falling, Close to You, and many other acclaimed independents. He will speak to the challenges that he faced in finding distribution for The Apprentice and broach the topic of free speech in America today.
