KPAC presents the indie comedy D(e)AD. What happens when three generations of comedians in one family face a death? You get D(e)AD—a self-funded autobiographical dark comedy written by and starring Isabella Roland, directed by her mom Claudia Lonow, and featuring the rest of their family. Tillie (Isabella Roland) and her alcoholic father struggle to reconcile—only he’s dead, and his ghost haunts everyone but her. With help from her sister, mom, grandparents, stepdad, and even a rabbi, the family must find a way to make Tillie see him before they’re stuck with his ghost forever.
