Kenworthy Sponsor Information
Sponsorship is a great way to support the historic Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre and increase awareness of your organization or company. A sponsorship can be used to introduce the community to your business or to thank your clients for their patronage. There are many opportunities for sponsorship at the Kenworthy, including Films, which can be used to raise money for your organization, Events such as concerts or theatrical performances, and Capital Projects that help restore and repair our historic building. Sponsor a Film
Here's what YOU do.
- Identify a date.
- Identify a film or choose from our list of upcoming features.
- Invite your best friends, family, or clients to attend.
Here's what WE do.
- Supply the staff.
- Book the film.
- Advertise public screenings on our Web site, in our weekly e-mail, monthly schedule, and in arts calendars of area newspapers
- List your organization's name (presented by...) on the Kenworthy Theater marquee and in related advertising.
Fee Schedule for Film Sponsorships

| Example 2 is based on a Friday night, public fund-raiser with $10 admission charge. First-run movie rental amount is based on the actual number of tickets sold. Sponsoring organization does the selling and keeps revenues from ticket sales. | |

| Example 3 is based on a public matinee screening (weekday) of a flat rate film with $2 admission charge. Ticket revenues go to KPAC. As a benefit, sponsoring organization has the option of a private screening of the same film on the same day, OR up to 50 free passes to the public show. | |

Please note:
- Minimum film sponsorship cost is $500
- KPAC reserves the right to hold additional, public showings of the same film
- KPAC reserves the right to exclusive use of the film after 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday
- Sponsors are encouraged to print and pre-sell tickets if admission is to be charged by the sponsoring organization; a ticketing charge will be assessed for use of KPAC ticket stock for private or fund-raising events
- Sponsors must provide a certificate of liability insurance for $500,000 for private events
- KPAC retains the receipts from its concessions sales; for private shows, sponsor may elect to bring in outside food instead of/in addition to KPAC concessions
- Alcohol may be served only if KPAC Alcohol Addendum is executed with the contract. A minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance is required if alcohol is to be served. A catering permit and licensed alcohol vendor are required if alcohol is to be sold at the event.
- The KPAC name, logo or any likeness thereof may be used only with the express, written permission of KPAC
- The capacity of the Kenworthy includes 265 seats, 1 wheelchair space, and 7 seats in the crying room. Additional seating (68) in the balcony is available on request (additional fee applies).

- Name placement on Kenworthy Main Street marquee on event day
- 8 tickets to sponsored event or 24 movie passes
$250 Event Co-Sponsorship Benefits
- Advertising tags (name only) on newspaper ads, flyers, posters, and e-mail announcements
- 4 tickets to sponsored event
Note: *On Screen at the Kenworthy advertising plays on the 22' x 30' wide screen 15 minutes before every KPAC movie or event. Each slide shows 15 seconds every 4 minutes.

$5,000 Capital Project Sponsorship Benefits
- Business or individual name engraved on a Kenworthy theater chair
- Logo, name, and address placement On Screen at the Kenworthy for one calendar quarter (separate slide)
- Logo placement on www.kenworthy.org home page for one year
- Advertising tags (logo) on project-related ads. Business name mentioned in all related press releases
