Kenworthy Sponsor Information

Sponsorship is a great way to support the historic Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre and increase awareness of your organization or company. A sponsorship can be used to introduce the community to your business or to thank your clients for their patronage. There are many opportunities for sponsorship at the Kenworthy, including Films, which can be used to raise money for your organization, Events such as concerts or theatrical performances, and Capital Projects that help restore and repair our historic building. Where does my money go?

Your sponsorship will support the mission of the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre and will help us to continue the restoration and preservation of Moscow's historic downtown theater. Your support will help provide a downtown venue for the performing arts-including concerts, films and live theatre--and other public engagements.

Which movies can I sponsor?

Movies vary by availability. Sponsor can choose one of the Kenworthy's upcoming movies to sponsor or a film of their choice.

Please note:

  • KPAC reserves the right to hold additional, public showings of the same film
  • KPAC reserves the right to exclusive use of the film after 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday
  • KPAC retains the receipts from its concessions sales; for private shows, sponsor may elect to bring in outside food instead of/in addition to KPAC concessions
  • Alcohol may be served, at private screenings, only if KPAC Alcohol Addendum is executed with the contract. A minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance is required if alcohol is to be served. A catering permit and licensed alcohol vendor are required if alcohol is to be sold at the event.
  • The KPAC name, logo or any likeness thereof may be used only with the express, written permission of KPAC
  • The capacity of the Kenworthy includes 265 seats, 1 wheelchair space, and 7 seats in the crying room. Additional seating (68) in the balcony is available on request (additional fee applies).
  • On Screen at the Kenworthy advertising plays on the 22' x 30' wide screen 15 minutes before every KPAC movie or event. Each slide shows 15 seconds every 4 minutes
