Food and Beverage Service
The KPAC Snack Bar will be open during the event (at no charge to the renter) unless otherwise specified in the contract. A $50/event fee will be assessed if outside food and/or beverages are sold at KPAC. A City of Moscow Catering Permit is required for food and beverage sales. Additional insurance coverage is required for alcoholic beverage sales. See Alcohol Addendum 2 for additional information.
Non-profit dates
Once per month the Kenworthy offers a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday rental at a reduced rate. Only non-profit organizations are eligible. For more information, contact the KPAC office.

A KPAC staff member must be present during all events and rentals.
Rentals are calculated
using the appropriate daily minimum plus additional hours plus the equipment fee plus the
hourly staff rate (based on the number of actual hours of use including
set-up and tear-down time.) All contracts include at least one hour set-up time and 1/2 hour tear-down time.
A 20% discount on the minimum rental fee (excluding equipment) is available on rentals
of 5 or more consecutive days; a 10% discount will be applied to rentals of 3 or more days.

To obtain the non-profit rate, organization must show evidence of 501(c)3 status or current student ID.

A general lighting "wash" is provided with rental. Special stage lighting needs will be assessed a lighting fee. Stage lighting is available only in front of the proscenium.

Up to 4 vocal microphones can be provided at no extra charge. Podium, tables (up to 3) and folding chairs (up to 10) are available upon request.

Ticketing Fee is charged for box office staffing and cash handling for tickets sold the day of event only and not on pre-sale tickets from other locations. Only KPAC staff or assignee may occupy or work in the box office. Renter may choose to provide his/her own ticket stock, cash box, and ticket seller.

General Liability insurance in the amount of $500,000 is required of all renters. Some exceptions may apply. Inquire with the Executive Director.
Advertising Your Event:
Reserve space at least 30 days ahead of time and the following advertising will be included with your rental agreement. All other advertising (posters, tickets, etc.) is the responsibility of the renter.

Reserve Friday through Sunday for your event and receive a 1x2 ad in Thursday night edition of Moscow-Pullman Daily News "Pulse" (black and white) and Weekend TV Guide (in color).

Marquee placement is limited to the name of the licensee, the name of the event, day, and time, and is guaranteed only on the day of the event.
