ABOUT
Virtual Screenings

The Kenworthy is pleased to be partnering with BY Experience again for these upcoming virtual events. Please note that one ticket is required per stream. If you miss your time slot for which you purchased a ticket, you will need to purchase again (just like going to the movies, the streams are date and time-specific). IMPORTANT: Tickets are not-transferrable.

The platform BY Experience has selected for this initiative is Stellar Tickets. The events are viewable on any device and customers can watch a screening using a web browser, a mobile app or from their TV by accessing the Stellar app, available across a number of devices: Roku, Amazon (Fire), Google Play, Apple TV.  Stellar will provide tech support and troubleshooting if needed.

Each event will be available for customers to buy “appointment screenings” (not VOD) daily, four times per day over an initial seven-day period. All screenings will be at a set ticket price nationally.  The appointment screenings will be daily at 10am PT, 1pm PT, 4pm PT, and 7pm PT.   A total of 28 screenings per title are offered.

Please note that the screening times and ticket prices are determined by BY Experience. The Kenworthy does receive a portion of each ticket sold.

REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY: Tickets may be refunded or exchanged ONLY IF REQUESTED 24 HOURS prior to the event start time. Service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
